             For some time now we have wanted to relocate back to 
             California to be near my family.  And now I am pleased
             to share that we were able to sell our house very quickly.
             Due to recent retirement, we had just finished plans for 
             an extensive trip and now we will relocate also.
             
             So, I will be away from my website for a while.  My site
             will remain "for view only."  It will likely be into the fall 
             season before I am ready to activate Pay Pal again - and
             back in operation.
